Meet the Team!

Mikkel-

Mikkel is the Team Captain, Assistant Coach, Builder, self-taught Programmer, and Driver for our team this season's Vex Change Up challenge. He also participates in different robotics programs including FTC and FRC which will be his fourth year competing in. Mikkel was also the Builder, self-taught Programmer, and Driver for our team in the 2016-2017 Vex IQ Crossover Challenge. He has also participated in the robotics program, Botball, for three years and currently Vex EDR for his fifth year. When Mikkel graduates high school he wants to major in Aerospace Engineering or Computer Science as well as continuing on to VexU with the team.

Mikayla-

Mikayla is the Builder, Driver, Web Designer, and works on the team's engineering notebook. She also posts and edits MJS Robotics' YouTube videos. Mikayla will participate in FTC and FRC for her second year. She has competed in the Vex IQ challenge for two years, and Vex EDR for her fifth year. Mikayla's first robotics program was Junior Botball in elementary. She is also a mentor for an all-girls team in FLL.

Misaella-

Misaella tells us the time left in a match and reminds us when our next match is. Misaella has competed in Vex IQ for one year and in Vex EDR for her fourth year. Misaella has been in FLL for her second year where her team learns how to score missions, build different mechanisms, create STEM projects, and program the robot their teams build. In the challenge, In the Zone, Misaella would place the cones in the Alliance Loader for our team to intake and stack. 

Misaella is a driver, builder, programmer for this year's VEX IQ Challenge Full Volume. She is the primary driver (the driver in the first 30 seconds of the match). Misaella and Mikoilo are competing in VEX IQ this year. 

Mikoilo-

Mikoilo also tells us the remaining time in a match and helps the team get ready in competitions. He is new to the team this year, but familiar with the routine. 

Mikoilo is a driver, builder, programmer for this year's VEX IQ Challenge Full Volume. He is the secondary driver (the driver in the last 30 seconds of the match).
